This painting was worked and reworked several times over a two year period.
It was painted from a memory, loosely based on a drive I took through the village and surrounding town land area of Leenaun, on the north edge of Connemara.
The painting is now in the Collection of the Manager of the famous Tiffany&Co on 5th Avenue! Who would have guessed? But I am a firm believer that a painting always finds it's rightful owner and vica versa.
